What would it cost you to hire us?
There is no clear-cut answer
without our knowing more details of what it is exactly that you
need. As you understood from these pages, we custom-tailor
solutions and programs after thoroughly familiarizing ourselves
with you and your organization. However, to help
guide small business owners, we can safely assert that very small
consulting projects begin at a minimal charge of $2,500.-. We
are moderately priced and take small business realities into consideration.
As you well know, besides the high value expertise and targeted
solutions we provide, time spent on discussing, researching and
realizing a project has its own value. Actual training
sessions and workshops are customized and personalized so your people
can relate to what is being taught, leading them to accept and internalize
the training, with the aim of achieving the desired change in behaviour
and performance. Depending on your company's situation, some
activities are just as a "refresher" session, not requiring
intensive preparatory work, while other activities are aimed to
solve problems. These latter entail some interviews, planning
and greater preparation. For the sake of effectiveness,
group sessions should consist of more than 10-12 people, who will
be carefully selected by you and us. Training sessions
and workshops are differently priced, depending on the issues to
be solved, your state of preparedness, your people's degree of comprehension
and experience, and the amount of work we have to put in to make
such training effective. Same goes with coaching.
Once we know the problem for which you need help, the rate
depends on the duration of the contract. With coaching
it is best to have a six-month arrangement or longer to ensure that
the people receiving the one-on-one coaching are able to perform
successfully on their own once the tie is severed.
We are ready to discuss a yearly retainer arrangement if you wish
to have continuous support, calling us for advice and help any time
you need it. Kindly note that the design and preparation
of tools is a whole sphere in itself. When you approach us
with a request to help you re-write job descriptions or an employee
manual, it is not an editing and writing job that we do, but we
have to conduct several interviews, read and research your existing
material and processes (strategies and procedures) in order to re-create
effective tools, together with you and your team. We
also do "critiques" if this is all what you want at first.
Please always provide full identification, with no "generic"
addresses (no @hotmail or any of the free mailbox address but your
verifiable company email address and full physical location, with
telephone numbers). We will respect your privacy and confidentiality.
However, when people approach us in the name of a company
but do not provide all required details we have to cross-check the
validity of the communication with the company itself.
If you are a training or consulting company who wishes to have
a new program set up by us, please explain to us the full intent,
and remember that we never give away copyright to others. We
will be willing to discuss a joint venture or subcontracting. We
do not subcontract to individuals. If you need help,
do not hesitate, contact us and speak to us openly about your problems
and budget, but, as mentioned above, we just cannot afford the time
to discuss a project whose budget is less than $2,500.-, unless
it is a quick guidance you want over the phone, as described in
